Some analytics and advertising technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. This may include disclosure of online identifiers, cookie IDs, internet or network activity, approximate location, and inferences to advertising or analytics partners such as Google advertising tools or account-based advertising providers. Where applicable, you may opt out through Cookie Settings, Do Not Sell or Share controls, Global Privacy Control, or by contacting us.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA/CPRA”). These rights may include:
- The right to know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information;
- The right to limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information if we use it for purposes that trigger that right;
- The right to receive information about categories of sources, purposes, recipients, sale/sharing, and retention; and
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information collected through the Websites to infer characteristics or for purposes that would require a separate right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
Global Privacy Control and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers and extensions let users send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out preference signal. Where required by applicable law and supported by our consent-management tools, we treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser or device. GPC does not disable cookies or processing that are necessary to operate the Websites, maintain security, or respond to your requests. Because GPC is browser- and device-based, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device you use.
Privacy Rights for Other U.S. States
Residents of certain U.S. states may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and appeal a denied request where required by law. We will process recognized privacy requests as required by applicable law.
How to Exercise Privacy Rights
To exercise privacy rights or submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. You may manage cookie and advertising choices through the Cookie Settings link. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law and subject to applicable verification requirements.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention depends on the type of information, the context of collection, the nature of the relationship, operational needs, legal obligations, and whether the information is needed for security, dispute resolution, or compliance.

Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, network, or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Visitors
The Websites are operated from the United States. If you access the Websites from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a consistent industry standard for responding to those signals, the Websites may not respond to all Do Not Track signals. We address legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including GPC where applicable, as described above.
Third-Party Websites
The Websites may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, integrations, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you use.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Websites after an update means the revised Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Websites going forward.
